Critical Success Factors for Concrete Recycling in Construction Projects

This study explores the success factors of concrete recycling in construction projects, using Malaysia as a case study. The objectives include (1) identifying critical for (2) comparing between large enterprises (LEs) and small–medium (SMEs), (3) developing constructs that group factors. First, list was identified through semi-structured interviews with fifteen industry professionals systematic literature review journal articles. then incorporated into questionnaire disseminated to professionals. Eighty-nine valid responses were collected analyzed mean score ranking, normalization, agreement analysis, factor analysis techniques. analyses showed ten recycling. availability uniform standards recycling, adequate awareness among project stakeholders on appropriate waste management plans, government policies support good marketing strategy communication employees, applications recycled sub-industries, provisions work method statements positive legislation toward infrastructure. However, percentage SMEs LEs only 22%. In other words, there is no consensus criticality across organizational sizes.
